For Anyone Who Picked Either Kent St or Toledo

If you picked Kent St, you just got fucked, and if you took Toledo you got the biggest break ever.

Toledo committed an intentional foul on an uncontested layup with a second left...refs call the foul, but let the game end instead of letting him shoot the FTs...so he doesn't get to shoot FTs for the cover, AND he didn't even get off the uncontested layup, again, for the cover.

Toledo covers by 1/2

Unreal. Oh well.

You are absolutely right. The intentional foul was signaled by the lead ref. Time left on clock was in question. That call/no call gives me a second contest win in six days. Obviously, better to be lucky than good. Still can't believe Toledo got that Bet Jam contest cover. You have been very solid in NCAA BB. Best of luck in the tournament!

Chick's, congratulations on the win...wire-to-wire if I'm not mistaken? I wasn't really complaining about the Kent St-Toledo loss; I knew I wasn't going to win anyway...although it may determine the runners-up, but oh well.

Enjoy your trip to the Final Four...should be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. And you're ON FIRE with contests...thank goodness you weren't in the NBA KOH or Hollywood contests, otherwise I'd be out of some serious cash!

Great job Chicks Fridge. I was pushing you the last couple of weeks. I haven't checked but I was probably 4th (the first loser). I hope I didn't lose by one game since the last 2 plays were LB and Utah St and both really gagged in the last 30 seconds costing me a 6-1 day and probably a 3rd place finish.

Thanks alot. I have been real lucky of late. This contest underscores once again, how many great cappers exist at this forum. Going into Saturday, I counted 47 guys at 52% or higher. Hope to see some of you, who live in the Indianapolis area, in a few weeks. I have not been to the final four since the last one in Indianapolis. I believe that was 2000.
